The Anti-Corruption Foundation has uncovered billions of rubles worth of real estate belonging to the family of Moscow Region Governor Andrei Vorobyov — in Dubai, Italy, Moscow, and St. Petersburg.

Vorobyov’s unofficial partner, Ekaterina Bogdasarova, bought a 247-square-meter apartment in Dubai in 2024 for around 350 million rubles. She also owns apartments in Moscow and St. Petersburg worth roughly 1.6 billion rubles in total. Because Vorobyov and Bogdasarova are not officially married, this property does not appear in the governor’s declaration.

Other members of Vorobyov’s family own a villa in Forte dei Marmi, Italy, as well as real estate in Paris and Monaco and luxury apartments in Dubai.
