Sanctions Lists

For international meetings and political campaigns, we prepare lists of individuals who are critical to the Putin regime and the war in Ukraine. Each list is tailored to specific requirements, but all share a common goal: holding accountable those who destroy the lives of millions in Russia and beyond through their complicity in Putin’s crimes.

Decisions on including specific individuals are based on our extensive body of investigations into corruption and other crimes committed by representatives of the Putin regime, as well as our understanding of how the system functions. We assess both an individual’s importance to Putin and his power structure, and the availability of solid evidence.

We allow individuals the opportunity to be removed from our lists, subject to two conditions: a public condemnation of the war and demonstrable repentance.

What's our aim?

We want the Putin elite to understand that those who help a dictator stay in power and wage wars have no future in the free world. Our goal is not only to impose sanctions on specific individuals, but to make proximity to the top of Russia’s power structure itself toxic.

To achieve this, we present these lists directly to Western officials, work with the media, submit complaints to oversight bodies, and even organize public actions. Individuals on our lists are regularly sanctioned by Western governments — often precisely on the grounds we identified.
