6,000 List

This is the complete list of individuals who have contributed to the escalation of the war with Ukraine. Initially, the list had exactly 6000 names; now it includes 7966. It features top security officials, military leaders, officials, oligarchs, and propagandists.

A special commission of lawyers and anti-corruption experts takes a decision on each person on the list. They carefully examine each individual's biography and their role in Putin’s criminal regime. The list is continually updated.

The individuals on the list are able to have their names removed if they meet two conditions: they should publicly condemn the war and show genuine remorse.

What's our aim?

We are working to ensure that those involved in corruption and the initiation of the criminal war with Ukraine face personal sanctions. We discuss this list with Western officials, share it through the media, write to oversight bodies, and even organize rallies. The people on our list are regularly hit with Western sanctions for the very same reasons we indicated.
