Police search Kolesov’s villas in Mallorca

10 March 2026#Investigations

Spanish police searched five luxury villas in Mallorca linked to Nikolai Kolesov, the CEO of Russian Helicopters.

The total value of the properties is estimated at around €18 million. Officially, however, the villas are not registered in Kolesov’s name. A 1,200-square-meter seafront villa is registered to his four-year-old daughter. Three adjacent houses on a hill, worth about €10 million in total, are registered to his four-year-old son. Another villa is registered to Kolesov’s 72-year-old sister.

Kolesov heads Russian Helicopters, a company that supplies aircraft for Russia’s war against Ukraine. He has been under EU sanctions since 2024.

In June 2025, ACF’s investigations team uncovered Kolesov’s foreign real estate, after which ACF launched a campaign calling for his Spanish assets to be seized. In October 2025, we reported that Spanish authorities had frozen Kolesov’s property.
