Deripaska Sues ACF Investigators and Demands 1 Billion Rubles

10 June 2026#Investigations

Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska has filed a lawsuit with Moscow’s Tagansky District Court against Anti-Corruption Foundation investigators Maria Pevchikh and Sergey Ezhov. Irina Alleman and Olga Romanova are also named as co-defendants.

In his lawsuit, Deripaska claims that for several years we have been running a large-scale campaign against him aimed at «discrediting his honor, dignity, and business reputation».

The lawsuit was prompted by the ACF investigation published on Navalny LIVE: "Organized Crime, Officials, Girls: The Criminal Biography of Oleg Deripaska".

Deripaska is demanding that the video be deleted, that a retraction be published on the front page of Kommersant and on Navalny LIVE itself, that the defendants pay 1 billion rubles in damages, and that each of them be fined 10,000 rubles for every day until the court’s decision is enforced.

We are, of course, not going to delete any videos.

All of Deripaska’s crimes must be documented and made available to the widest possible audience.
