Canada Imposes Sanctions on All Individuals from the ACF List
The Canadian government has introduced a new round of personal sanctions—this time targeting every single person on our “Navalny List 50.” The list was carefully compiled by the ACF, and Canada has become the first country to adopt it in full, without a single change.
They didn’t even alter the order—everything was applied exactly as we requested. It includes Mahmoudov, Warnig, Putina-Ocheretnaya, Gergiev, Karin Kneissl, and even Chubais and Potupchik

Among others, the list includes Putin’s ex-wife Lyudmila Ocheretnaya and her husband Artur Ocheretny, the dictator’s cousins Mikhail Putin and Mikhail Shelomov, as well as former Rosnano head Anatoly Chubais, and Tatyana Yumasheva with her husband Valentin Yumashev—key figures who helped lobby for Putin’s rise to the presidency, enabling the oligarchs to preserve their corrupt fortunes.

The sanctions include an entry ban to Canada and a freeze on any assets held in the country. But the most important part: Canada’s move could be followed by others — like the UK, the US, and EU countries — further tightening restrictions on those named in the list.
We spent a long time carefully compiling the ‘List of 50 Friends of Putin,’ selecting those who are close to him and essential to his regime—people who, until now, had avoided sanctions but have played or continue to play a key role in upholding the system. And now Canada—the first major Western jurisdiction—has endorsed our list in full
