Russia Against Putin — Demonstrations in Berlin and Around the World

On March 1, an anti-war march against Putin took place in Berlin. The protest united those who stand against war, tyranny, and political assassinations.

Ten years ago Putin killed Boris Nemtsov. A year ago he killed Alexei Navalny. And three years ago the Kremlin launched the full-scale invasion of Ukraine — one of the biggest and most devastating wars of the 21st century.

We must show the world that anti-war and anti-Putin Russians exist. We must remind each other and ourselves that we don’t stay silent, that we remember, that we don’t give up.

Thank you everyone who joined us in the protest on 1 March. It’s very important not to stand at the sidelines. It’s Putin who wants us to sit quiet and let him keep looting and murdering. That’s why we take to the streets and will continue to do so — to show the world that there is another Russia. A Russia which is against Putin, against the war and against dictatorship.
