Nikolai Kolesov, former head of the defense conglomerate Radioelectronic Technologies and head of the state-owned company Russian Helicopters, is profiting directly from the war. While tens of thousands die, he lives in luxury—funneling stolen billions into NATO countries, buying elite properties, and hiding them under relatives’ names. In Spain alone, Kolesov owns five villas. ACF demands that Spain seize these assets and sanction his entire family
